Helen Alipaz

Hi, I’m Helen.

I began learning the piano at around 6 years old and have been in love with playing the instrument ever since. Once I had completed my ABRSM grades 1-8, I started to learn more and more instruments and what eventually followed was a degree in Music at Dartington College of Arts. I’ve taught children of varying ages ever since, here in Totnes and whilst I lived for a few years in the San Francisco Bay Area. My favourite thing about teaching is learning new and innovative ways to engage students based on their own, individual needs. I especially enjoy watching students progress to overcome any learning barriers in order to meet their full potential. Hope to see you at the keys soon!
